“3 night stay by 2 elderly ladies. Check in was pleasant. Agreeable to immediately change rooms due to frig barely cool. Rm #2: no body soap in mounted dispenser, didnt get out of shower to look for bar soap, may have been in hall sink? Front desk, said "housekeeping can't check all supplies". No housekeeping, restocking of towels, coffee, trash out.... unless requesting it, due to things including "social distancing". F desk asked us to come down to get what we needed. “It was fine. Stayed one night. Room was clean.”

“Was given a handicap room on the first floor that I did not request. When I entered the room, I was completely overwhelmed by the musty smell. It was completely overpowering every time you entered the room. Obviously the room has not been kept well cleaned. I won’t be coming back. Also, the air-conditioning did not work very well.”

“Our bathroom started flooding from the ceiling vent. Staff wiped it up and said it would stop. Nothing was done because I booked thru a travel agency. What difference that should make? Terrible.”

“Absolutely horrible no batteries in smoke detector, shower head falling off wall, one bed broken, desk chair worn and paint splattered, and lock on door screws hanging out.”
